The use is a rental agreement and is for one-time use of the mailing list for the express purpose of sending material submitted with this request and that any other use is not permitted. (Send a sample or draft of the materials to be mailed to the SAHRA office for approval.)

The undersigned is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED from disseminating the information contained on this mailing list to any third party for any reason. If it is determined that the mailing list has been disseminated, SAHRA retains the right to pursue any and all legal action.
