Sandra Reed, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a Business Management and Human Resource consultant, specializing in Instructional Design, Training, Strategic Planning and Executive Coaching. She is a highly regarded Certified Dale Carnegie Instructor for Leadership Training for Managers, a program for CEOs and Executives, focusing on people and process development.  Sandra is also the Director of Human Resources for a manufacturing company in the Central Valley.

 Sandra is a Certified Practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a subject matter expert in Human Resources, having written The Official Guide to the Human Resource Body of Knowledge (HRBOK) published by John Wiley & Sons.
