Internal Stakeholder Engagement September 18, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. While as HR leaders we preach and teach the benefit of breaking down silos with the goal of collaboration, sometimes when rolling out an initiative we may have a blind spot or don't know how to incorporate the needs of business areas we support. Come to learn how to successfully gain a seat at the table, credibility and effective execution on your upcoming initiatives.
Harrington has over 30 years working in fast-paced, growth-focused corporate headquarters for high-profile, international organizations creating and managing programs and teams in the areas of talent acquisition, leadership development, communications, employee relations and workforce development. She has achieved certifications in a broad range of leadership and organizational development processes and programs. She has been a featured speaker at several regional, national and international professional association meetings and conferences throughout the US. Harrington earned her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and is a past president of SAHRA and served on its board of directors for seven years continuing to serve SAHRA and other various community boards and advisory councils in the Sacramento region. |
