Holistic Employee Wellness

Wednesday, October 13, 2021

9:40 a.m.

In this session, we explore the idea of how wellness is moving to a larger, more holistic approach by employers encompassing physical health, mental health and relationships. We will discuss the two main reasons employers implement wellness programs, and how wellness can be used as a vehicle to support employees and enhance overall wellbeing and organizational culture. Attendees will learn what the business impact is when we neglect employee wellbeing and how these initiatives will be critical to the success of organizations moving forward.  Whether you have a full-blown wellness program or don’t know where to begin, everyone should walk away with a couple practical ideas to try out, along with how to begin a strategy for their organization.
