Three Key Changes in How We Will Work Going Forward

When the pandemic scare is over, what will the new normal look like? Does anyone think work and HR will go back to the way it was? Some things may. But most of us think there will be significant changes in the way we work and how we relate to our staff. As much as we may want to put the genie back in the bottle, that will not happen. I will discuss the three issues that will most influence our HR world at this time, allowing us to be able to evolve and prepare for them, rather than get caught unaware.

Phil Blair is one of San Diego’s most visible and respected business leaders. Since 1977, he along with partner Mel Katz, have built Manpower of San Diego into the largest Manpower franchise in the U.S. with annual revenues exceeding $125 million.

Mr. Blair is an oft-quoted employment commentator, appearing in local, national and international business media. He’s a professional speaker on employment and workforce trends and issues, as well as a career coach. His Amazon best-selling book, Job Won! 500,000 Hires and Counting, is a complete guide to finding and managing a successful career in today’s ever-changing economy.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
