Live Keynote: Managing Teleworkers: Driving Performance and Staying Out of Court

Wednesday, September 23, 2020

9:00 a.m.

With so many employees teleworking due to COVID-19, employers are faced with new challenges, including:

  • Effectively evaluating work performance
  • Maintaining their workplace culture
  • Properly reimbursing teleworkers for business-related expenses
  • Ensuring teleworkers comply with wage-hour, EEO, workplace safety, and other laws

Jennifer Shaw, a nationally recognized employment law expert and perennial SAHRA favorite, will discuss these issues and recommend best practices for your organization.
