John H. Adams, Jr. represents employers in a broad range of employment law and labor matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, trade secrets, fair employment practices and wage and hour issues.
His litigation practice includes complex class action, wage and hour, discrimination, hostile work environment and wrongful termination. His counseling practice includes advising clients regarding employment policies and procedures including, federal and state wage and hour laws, severance agreements, employment policies, leaves of absence and job classifications.

Registration Policy
All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
