He Said or She Said?
Using Credibility to Make Findings in Workplace Investigations
In-house HR investigators often deal with “he said, she said” complaints where two witnesses allege wildly different stories and corroborating accounts are hard to come by. Can an investigator make a finding in these disputes, or is the finding simply inconclusive? This webinar will walk participants through a practical approach to assessing credibility and making findings in these all to common disputes.
