This webinar will help you learn how to identify which individuals in your organization are fiduciaries of a retirement or health and welfare plan and what their responsibilities are to the plan and its participants.
SPEAKER
Wendy Gilligan's practice includes all areas of employee benefits law that impact private sector, governmental and tax-exempt employers. She is highly accomplished in transactional law, working with business owners and their advisors on employee benefits issues related to ESOP transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Wendy also works with employers on qualified retirement plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, including plan design, operation, compliance and fiduciary issues faced by plan administrators.
She has been named five times as a Northern California Rising Star in the area of employee benefits by the publication Super Lawyers©, most recently in 2015. Wendy received her J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama.

Registration Policy
All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
