This free webinar will provide an overview of how the State of California’s labor exchange system, CalJOBSSM, can be utilized to complement and enhance the daily recruiting work of HR representatives.

SPEAKER
Nicole Orwin has worked with the EDD since graduating from college in 2009. She began working in an Orange County One Stop Center, and specialized in bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. Nicole was the leading Employer Specialist for the division and has extensive experience in meeting employer’s recruitment needs. In her tenure with the department, she worked with several Fortune 500 companies to assist them with marketing open positions, acquiring qualified staff, and training and managing recruitment efforts through the CalJOBSSM system.
Nicole has extensive experience not only as a user, but also as an administrator, and has quickly proven herself as an expert of the CalJOBSSM system. She is currently working in Sacramento as a CalJOBSSM system administrator, and provides recurrent presentations and trainings on the CalJOBSSM system.
This program has been submitted for 1 (General HR) recertification credit hour toward recertification through HR Certification Institute. The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute's criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
