Dylan W. Wiseman focuses his practice on intellectual property protection, including representing employers in cases involving:
Trade secrets and unfair competition
Employee mobility disputes
Disputes involving customer and employee non-solicitation restrictions
The infringement of other forms of intellectual property
Dylan has extensive jury trial experience. He has been lead trial counsel in several complex-designated unfair competition jury trials, including an eight week jury trial. He also handles multi-jurisdictional litigation involving companies that have hired out-of-state employees that are subject to restrictive covenants and assists with the preparation of non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property assignment provisions, and non-solicitation covenants.

Registration Policy
All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
