Speaker | Sean Arnold
Sean Arnold has worked in public sector management and leadership for nearly 30 years, including over 20 years with the Department of Defense and nearly 10 years in local government. Sean has managed department-wide HR functions, led CBA negotiating teams, and worked as a Labor advisor for department managers and organizational executives. He has led multi-functional, multi-discipline, and multi-national teams, and has graduated with honors from multiple leadership academies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Business minor, SHRM-CP, a Professional Manager certification, and Process Improvement Green Belt certifications. Sean is currently the Principal HR & Management Consultant for Q Benefits Administration, and recently joined the SAHRA Board of Directors as Vice President of Career Management.  
Registration Policy All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
