Join us for a crucial workshop designed to help you proactively prevent workplace violence rather than react to it. This event will delve into the realities of workplace violence, its impacts, and essential strategies for safety. You'll learn the Four Ps—Prepare, Predict, Prevent, and Protect—and explore the Anatomy of Violence to understand what leads to such incidents. Discover best practices for security, policy, and culture, and gain insights into behavioral threat assessment to recognize warning signs. Our focus will be on fear management, personal awareness, and intuitive skills, with interactive sessions to help you take charge of your own safety. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your security skills and empower yourself to lead in safety.

Additionally, Rick authored Sutter County's workplace violence policy, and the county incorporated our comprehensive Prevention and Response training, making it mandatory for all county-level employees to complete it. He has developed policy and procedure to make employees safer for teams across the state.
