Conducting Workplace Investigations Regarding Harassment and Discrimination Complaints

 

In this session, we will cover workplace investigation fundamentals, including knowing when to conduct an investigation, determining the scope of the investigation, assessing witness credibility, and avoiding unconscious bias in all phases of the investigation. Melissa Whitehead is an experienced employment lawyer and impartial workplace investigator and will use her expertise and experience to provide practical guidance in this engage training session.
