Things are a bit weird right now. Some companies are laying off staff, others are implementing hiring or wage freezes and still others are struggling to fill open positions for specialized roles. In this panel discussion, moderated by Preet Kuar, we will be focusing on: - Creative recruiting in the current economic environment
- How companies can build internal pipelines for talent/career development rather than hiring from the outside for key positions, and how they can do this even in an economic downturn.
- The opportunities and challenges that come with M&A and recruiting/retention
