Drew Berryessa serves AMPAC Fine Chemicals as their Executive Director of Human Resources. In his 15+ years of corporate people/HR experience, Drew has operated as a generalist, business partner, senior manager, and field operator. Having worked in several different industries (mining, telecom, insurance, and manufacturing), he has gained a deep understanding of the value of uncovering and appreciating operational history, creating standard but purposeful procedures, building plans to achieve company goals, and utilizing talent and resources to meet them. As a leader and co-worker, Drew fosters a robust communal environment that challenges the status quo, demands work-life balance and purpose, and engages its employees. 

Kelly Hovey is a Human Resources Professional and founder of Most True You. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with start-up and private equity backed firms across multiple industries to create the systems and processes needed to support high levels of growth. After living in multiple states, Kelly is now rooted in the Sacramento region and has worked with local firms including Allworth Financial, Ben|En, and Buzz Oates. Kelly also works with emerging and seasoned professionals to help them identify their “secret sauce” so they can more confidently show up as their most true self. Kelly has degrees in HR Management and Cross-Cultural Studies and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate.
