Chris Onstott, Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard Chris Onstott is an attorney and a shareholder at Kronick Moskovitz. He works out of the firm’s offices in Roseville and Sacramento. Chris heads the firm’s business litigation practice group. He also provides legal advice and counsel to numerous employers throughout California. He has defended various employers in wage-and-hour class actions, as well as discrimination and harassment claims. He has been recognized in the Top Lawyers edition of Sacramento Magazine and has been identified as a Northern California Super Lawyer for several years. He currently serves on the board for the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Kronick Moskovitz in 2005, Chris worked at the Los Angeles-based law firm of O’Melveny and Myers. He also completed a one-year clerkship for Judge Walter K. Stapleton on the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
