Laura McHugh, Duggan McHugh Law Corporation Laura McHugh is a senior partner at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation. She has represented public and private sector clients of all sizes in employment and labor law matters for over 25 years. Laura has skillfully handled a variety of employment disputes and tried several cases, including individual and class actions involving workplace issues including discipline and discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, wage and hour, prevailing wage, the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), meal period and rest break compliance. Her expertise expands to traditional labor law matters including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and grievance resolution. 
Samantha Tanner, Duggan McHugh Law Corporation Samantha Tanner has been an associate attorney at Duggan McHugh since 2019 where she regularly defends employers in employment-related litigation and provides advice and counsel on labor and employment law issues. Her practice covers all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave laws, disability and reasonable accommodations, and other compliance issues. Samantha has extensive experience defending employers in complex wage and hour litigation involving class action and PAGA claims.
