Let’s talk about the vaccine…While the vaccine is bringing hope to all our hearts and minds in 2021, and we are looking forward to the day we can all be on the same side of the screen, there are practical considerations human resources professionals must address between now and then.  The purpose of this round table is for you to discuss peer to peer questions like:

• Will you mandate the vaccine or make it voluntary?
• How will you notify employees, and what kind of communication rollout will you have regarding the vaccine?
• How will you encourage adoption of the vaccine among your employees?
• How will you educate employees about the vaccine and what sound sources of information will you use?
• Will you offer incentives to employees who get the vaccine?  Will you allow PTO for employees to go during the day to get the vaccine?

Along with our peer to peer discussion, we will also have Lukas Clary from Weintraub to bring forward legal considerations and offer answers to questions.  If we have a larger attendance, we will be breaking down our virtual discussion into “break out groups” to allow everyone adequate time to connect with others and learn from each other.
