Let’s start 2021 off with an inspiring time to encourage us to thrive in our roles and lean into new ideas and trends. During our meeting, we will hear from a panel of amazing HR leaders including Claudia Gilles (Intel), Shirley Curran (Matheson) and Colleen Nerius (Safe Credit Union, and current SAHRA board member). These leaders will share what they are leaning into in 2021, how they have worked cross functionally with other departments and leaders to help their organizations thrive in 2020, and some fun conversation we can all relate to. So, grab your HR team, invite your other HR friends, and let’s kiss 2020 good-bye and welcome a brand new year with new possibilities. This session is eligible for HRCI business credits and you will learn: - How your organization can move beyond DE&I solidarity statements to integrating these efforts as a part of the fabric of your culture with real strategic planning
- How to think ahead about the new challenges talent management is facing, including women leaving the workforce and your role as an employer to support employees that are parents or those caring for aging parents where personal and work life lines have become more and more blurred
- As seen in 2020, how HR is a pivotal centerpiece of any organization, and your ability to work cross functionally and pull together various departments can make or break any organization during challenges like we have seen this past year.
