We are living in extraordinary times. HR is expected to lead through chaos. We must overcome our own Unconscious Bias before we can help our organizations navigate it. Unconscious Bias is a phenomenon of being human. Organizations must include it in the foundation of their diversity and inclusion (D&I) work in order to provide the proper depth, perspective, and structure.
This session will create awareness and provide resources while exploring these questions:
- Placing ourselves in this moment in history
- What is Unconscious Bias?
- Who has it?
- How does it impact organizations?
- How do you identify it?
- What can you do about it?
Please look on the Thank You For Your Registration Page for the link to finalize your registration.
