Principles of Association Membership
What makes a prospective member join SAHRA? Professional associations like SHRM and SAHRA typically have a particular purpose, which involves connecting people together, encouraging collaboration, promoting and enhancing the human resources profession.
This course is designed to give learners a basic understanding of a member’s experience. A board member plays a key role in membership recruitment and engagement by virtue of their position and influence. Learners will understand that fostering the growth of SAHRA can be a rewarding experience. Learners will receive practical tips and techniques used to recruit and retain members that offer a clear reason to belong.
