This presentation will include an overview of California legal requirements pertaining to disability and accommodation, and will provide specific strategies for engaging in a good-faith—and legally compliant—interactive process. 

SPEAKER

Natalie Fujikawa is an attorney in the Fisher Phillips Sacramento office. She specializes in employment litigation and counseling for employers across a variety of industries, with extensive experience handling all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts.

Natalie also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and Employment Development Department.

Registration Policy

All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
