Rex Berry is an AV rated attorney who represents businesses and employers in all facets of business and employment law. He is an experienced trial lawyer with numerous appearances before judges, juries and arbitrators. He is also an accomplished appellate advocate with appearances before several federal and state appellate courts, the Washington and California Supreme Courts and United States Supreme Court.
Kimberley Worley has over 25 years of experience representing employers in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings before such agencies as the DLSE, DOL, DFEH and EEOC. In addition to defending individual discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation cases, Kimberley has considerable expertise defending wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation. She is proficient in all phases of litigation from inception through successful conclusion, whether through law and motion, mediation, arbitration, jury trial, bench trial or appeal.

Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
