Countless instances of workplace violence made headlines in 2018.

How can you ensure your organization remains safe in 2019?

Human resource professionals play a critical role in preventing workplace violence. We must be able to recognize potential threats, properly assess and document situations, and have a proper threat remediation process. Join us as we take a look at what constitutes a threat, and when and how to take action to maintain a secure workplace, and potentially save lives.

SPEAKER: Garrett Thomas, CEO – Guardian Protection Force Inc.

Garrett Thomas is a private security professional, serving in the role of Chief Executive Officer for Guardian Protection Force Inc., an armed guard and executive protection company. In addition to his work with Guardian Protection Force, Garrett consults with HR professionals and executives on workplace safety and violence prevention.

Garrett holds bachelors in intelligence with a minor in criminal intelligence from the American Military University, an accredited and international recognized institution for Global security studies.
