Everyone Communicates, Few Connect

Techniques, Technologies, and Tactics for Your Workplace

Only one thing stands between you and your success…

it's your ability to connect.

When you actually connect, you take your relationships, your work, and your life to another level. We live in an age where everyone is connected to technology 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Mobile devices and wearable technology makes communication easy and immediate. Emails, texts, instant messaging, and social media are ubiquitous, allowing individuals to share information instantaneously.

But in reality, very little effective communication is occurring!

There is “no human connection” resulting in outcomes that may not be positive to the effective operation of your organization.

You might think it’s a technology or a generation problem.

It’s not!

It’s a connection problem!

Join us to learn the following connection techniques that can help you:

    Increase employee morale and productivity.

Assist to decrease incidences of employee friction.

Reduce workplace stress for yourself and others.

Strengthen your ability to lead and influence in your organization.

Bridge the generational communication gap (Boomers, Millennials, Gen-X’ers).

Gives employees a voice; a meaningful component of improving employee satisfaction.

Lessen the chances for misunderstandings and potentially reduce grievances and lawsuits.

    Walk away with action steps.

In this presentation, you'll learn that effective "connecting" is a skill that anyone can learn. From the new employee to your superstar performers, Millennials, Gen-X’ers, and Baby Boomers.

You'll be entertained, informed, and empowered with the 5 principals and 5 practices that Dr. Greene will share and you’ll gain insights that can make a real difference immediately in your organization, in your career, and in your life.
