Volunteers will help the women with setting SMART goals for their Employment and Personal Action Plans. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. These goal plans will be part of the road map that will help the women finish the Women's Empowerment course and prepare them with steps to take after graduation to meet their employment and personal objectives.
