Members In Transition

The SAHRA Members In Transition (MIT) group was developed to assist our members in seeking HR job leads, moral support, networking strategies, resume advice and strategic learning, to give our members the edge in their job search.

The MIT group creates a forum that will provide participants an opportunity to exchange information, share leads, ideas and resources; all while networking and supporting fellow SAHRA members.

This program also provides executive recruiter contacts, information to help you keep your skills sharp while job-hunting, and serves as an excellent chance to network and find those hidden opportunities.

Participants receive advice on job search strategies and techniques, interviewing skills, salary negotiation skills, leveraging social media, personal branding, assistance with research and target job opportunities and overcoming challenges. Past participants have found these counseling sessions to be extremely helpful in obtaining new positions.

This program is open to all members: Those in need AND those looking to help!
