Every employer must properly complete a Form I-9 for every new employee.  Sounds easy, right?  Not quite!  A recent article revealed that 76% of Forms I-9 contain an error.  And, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials regularly conduct Form I-9 inspections and issue fines for non-compliance.  Join us for a comprehensive webinar addressing critical topics in this area.  This session is a must for all HR professionals.

Three learning objectives:

1.     Why employers need to complete the Forms I-9

2.     Learn how to properly complete Forms I-9

3.     Learn about penalties for non-compliance and Form I-9 errors
