Jennifer Duggan- Her legal practice focuses on business, employment, probate and real estate litigation. She also provides general preventative advice to assist clients in avoiding litigation. In recent years, Jennifer has worked on a number of cases involving unfair business practices and trade secrets. Throughout her career Jennifer has represented a variety of private and public entity clients in a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts; particularly in the areas of employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, civil rights and governmental tort Iiability.
Laura McHugh- For over 22 years, Laura has successfully represented employers in court proceedings, binding arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, including hearings before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB), the California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board (OSHAB), and the California State Labor Commissioner.
Christina Bucci Hamilton- Her past experience includes work at a private employment law and business litigation firm, a judicial externship with the Honorable John A. Mendez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and volunteer work with Voluntary Legal Services of Northern California.
