Dr. Larry Hiner, Workforce Equanimity 

 

Dr. Larry is the primary driver of research and development for WorkforceEQ. His ability to scan the zeitgeist for emerging workforce challenges makes programs rich with current and relevant references and solutions. His 20 years of experience with IBM and startups in the technology sector make him savvy to the crucial concerns that founders have as they grow their business and when they strike.

Dr. Larry (not to be confused with son and business partner, Lawrence) attended Johns Hopkins University and earned a PsyD in Organizational Psychology at the Professional School of Psychology in the Sacramento area. He is certified as an Executive Coach.
