Selling
Your Strategic Human Capital Plans to Your CEO and Top
Management Team
Presented by
Kent Kaufman, CEO, Growth and
Leadership Center
SEMINAR
DESCRIPTION:
Getting your ideas on the table with the top management team can
be challenging, even when HR professionals have the best of
intentions. Why? Because they must overcome the distraction of
tactical issues and the lack of invitations to provide input as
a strategic contributor to the business. The task of selling and
negotiating to executives is not easy. It requires credibility,
skill, persistence, and a keen understanding of the perspectives
and priorities of the different leaders sitting around the
table.
Whether you are an
HR business partner, a senior HR leader, a functional manager,
GM or CEO this program will provide an exciting, and content
rich session with comprehensive models, tools and right
methodologies to identify and sell your strategic initiatives to
your top management team.
Seminar attendees
will learn:
-
How to sell a
compelling ROI for your initiatives
-
Keys to
presenting initiatives, one-on-one or to a team
-
How to handle
conflicts, objections and overcome resistance
-
How to excel
with your HR Scorecard
-
How to build
continual value through influencing the business
