Description & Objectives
The SAHRA
Legal/Legislative Team provides Chapter members with up-to-date
information on state and federal employment laws. We publish a
newsletter that is drafted, edited and disseminated by the legal
committee. In addition, we hold breakfast briefings in conjunction
with the Professional Development Group on late breaking changes in
the law that affect the HR profession. This committee is responsible
for tracking legislation and providing Chapter members with
information to enhance their lobbying efforts. The group is also
responsible for hosting the annual legal conference in Sacramento in
conjunction with the State Council. |
