SPEAKERS
Christopher Onstott is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s labor and employment and litigation practice groups. His areas of emphasis include employment litigation and commercial litigation. He has defended employers in employment litigation, including defending against race, sex, and disability discrimination and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour violations.
Kristianne T. Seargeant is a shareholder who practices in the firm’s labor and employment and litigation practice groups. She represents both public and private sector clients with such matters as employment litigation, collective bargaining, arbitrations and administrative agency appeals. She also performs workplace investigations and provides in-house training and general advice and counsel.

Registration Policy
All registrations are considered pending until payment is received by SAHRA. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment. If payment has not been received in the office at least seventy-two (72) business hours in advance of the event, your registration will be considered canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the SAHRA office 72 business hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
