Develop
relationships with various local agencies and implement volunteer
opportunities to support them (blood / food / clothing drives, HR
expertise for non-profits, etc.)

Evaluate and
monitor the needs and interests of the membership in this area and
act as a resource for community issues

Provide
information to the Board and membership regarding initiatives
where SAHRA could be a resource to the community

Work closely with
Administrative Support to keep membership informed of
opportunities

Establish team
goals and monitor progress on reaching these goals

Attend Chapter
meetings

Network with
other chapter program leaders

Conduct team
meetings as needed

Facilitate
cross-functional activities between committees

Develop
newsletter articles on team activities and forward to SAHRA
administrative office no later than the last Friday of each month

Compile and
develop monthly report of activities and forward to SAHRA
administrative office no later than the last Friday of each month

Monitor and
maintain resource budget. Submit requests for payment as expenses
are incurred.

Provide Executive
Director with updated Web site content as necessary

Attending monthly
Board meetings as needed (minimum 2 for the term)

Recruit, train
and retain volunteers; plan for successor
