Human Resource
Certification is the symbol of professional achievement. Beyond
experience and education, the PHR or SPHR designation signifies that
you have mastered the HR body of knowledge. The Human Resource
Certification Institute (HRCI) maintains the nationally recognized
standards set by individuals working in the profession.
Certification exams
are administered using computer based testing (CBT) during two
periods in the months of May and June and again in December and
January, in major cities around the United States. SAHRA will be
forming study groups preparing for the Spring PHR and SPHR certification
exams. SAHRA will kick off study group sessions to prepare for the
next PHR and SPHR certification exam window on in January 2010. Part of SAHRA's mission is to support and promote the
increased professional development of our members. SAHRA does this
through Chapter sponsored
study groups.
SAHRA, in
association with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM®),
will offer a study group for human resources professionals utilizing
the study materials of the SHRM® Learning System.
The Spring 2010 Testing Window is:
May 1 - June 30, 2010
